Not without help.
Snitz Forums is coded using Active Server Pages (ASP).
ASP is supported by all Windows servers (NT/W2K etc.)
For Linux/Unix you need either Chili!Asp or InstantASP
Both are not free, though Chili!Asp comes pre-installed on Sun / Cobalt Raq systems (Sun owns both Cobalt and Chili!Soft these days) and there are ISPs that offer ASP support on Linux.

Well, on Windows drivers for those are allready installed, Chili!Asp includes drivers for Sql Server and Access, though getting those to work properly sometimes is a bit harder, but if the host has set them up correctly it is as easy as using them on Windows.
Often hosts with Linux and Chili!Asp also provide MySql support, because that database is free. The forum also works on MySql.
