I'm a first time installer of the Snitz forum and I'm having trouble with the edit profile function.

Basically when I click on the "Profile" link at the top of the pages, I get to an empty page!!! No errors no nothing!

Why is that?

Unfortunately not yet, because it is not live yet. I only have it running om my private computer and I'm sitting behind a firewall, so you can't get access to it.

I would like for the profile feature to function before I go live with the forum. Do you have any suggestions??

I have now looked at it even more, and can not see what the problem is. It is very strange - PLEASE HELP ME!!

Try using a new copy of pop_profile.asp from the .zip file you downloaded. Does register.asp work ok?

Yes - register.asp works fine. However I also do have problems with the search feature as I have postet in the MySQL forum, but that seems to be a database problem.

I've translated the whole forum so I'd would like for the pop_profile to work without replacing the file. But it that the only way?

OK - I did it. I replaced the search.asp and pop_profile.asp with the two files from the zip file, and now it works......

So apparently I must have done something to the two file in the translation process. I'll now try to translate them again...
