I have seen posts where people say that there is a BUG for the register page with refreshing. Well my problem is on any page if someone does a SHIFT + refresh it removes the header include file and it looks just like regular HTML coding at the top. Has anyone heard of this or is this a bug. How can i stop this from Happening? Its not affecting the performance of the board but it just does not look good.
