i am getting this error:

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e07'

Data type mismatch in criteria expression.

/aviv/forum/pop_profile.asp, line 1088

how can i find line 1088?????

please help.

to find a line #, get an ASP editor that keeps track of lines.

i recommend Araneae for that. it has line numbers on the side to make ASP error debugging very easy (but usually i still turn to Richard, HuwR, Davio, Doug G, and the other guys)
