Hi, maybe I'm a complete idiot but how do you upload the forum? What do you do after that? I need a very basic step by step instructions here. Again I'm a newbie please help!

I already went through the whole FAQ but found no help. Do you need a special program? How do you set up the forum?!? This is pretty frustrating...
