I need to create a hiddin and private Cat.

Hey Rick,

Create a Category, then create a Forum in that Category. In the Auth Type: of the forum properties click on Allow member List (Hidden)and then make sure you add Select Members: to the list

I think this will hide the Category and Forum from everyone unless they are in that selected list.
