some of my customers work in really great companies and their internetacount lies behind sometimes even more than 1 firewall and/or proxy. They told me that they often get time outs or similar errors. Is there a way to add some asp-code solving this problem?
You could try adding a Server.scriptTimeout = X to your inc_top.asp where X = number of seconds, the default for this is normally 90. please note however, setting this value very high, affects server performance, since it is having to wait longer before killing the task, but try something like 120 and see if it helps.
