This is not really a MOD but more an add-on for Azknight's Classifeds MOD. What does it do? Simply allows members to upload an image to the classifieds ad and store the image on your server.

This Classifieds Image add-on will only work if you have HuwR's File Attachement MOD installed, so the file attachement MOD MUST be installed first. It works using HuwR's pop_upload.asp and UploadEngine.asp. The files were edited some what and renamed to classifeds_ as to no confusion and to work independantly.
When a member clicks on "Place An Ad" the path to the directory where the image will be saved is filled in with their Username, so the member only has to add the file name.
If anyone can improve upon this than that would be great  cause all I did was hack away at HuwR's work, got something working and saved it 
You can see it working at my test site here , just go to the classifieds link. You can sign in as Guest1/Guest1 since you need to be a member to place an ad.
