We posted the bug and the fix, you need to name your tables correctly in all your queries. Also another thing, when you review a task, there is an option to PM the admin, two things, you need to check wether the board has PM's installed, and most forums do not use the admin account as admin, so PMing the Admin would be rather pointless, you need to add an author field to the task, so it can PM the correct admin.
