The db is in a directory that permits read/write/execute and the setup.asp was able to create the db correctly from what I've seen. So what would be the cause and the fix for this? Thank you all in advance.

I'm assuming that this "session" stuff has to deal with cookies, etc. Ok, thanks for the help. Next question is........ What session state? And is this in a file called global.asa? If so, where do I get this file as it was not included in the .zip file. Yes, I'm a newbie. How do I "enable" session state? Thanks again.
