can someone make a quick mod so that a moderator can give a reason why he lock or deleted a post because on my friend forum i made some the moderators deleting post for no reason or locking them. i know this could be a easy task to some you asp guru's out there

no no .. i also want a mod about evil moderators.. lets do it this way

do not allow moderators to delete a post or to edit the forum options and things.. Just allow them to edit a post and ban members..

dats it..!!! they wont delete no posts anymore.. just edit them. also the users cannot delete their own posts, just edit them cuz it looks stupid after admin or moderators comment on their post, they go ahead and edit them ..

my forum is also new so i dont trust my moderators that much.. therefore i need some kinda tips to do the above feature..
