Is there a MOD that will allow a specific person (NOT an administrator) to create and edit Categories or Forums?

I have 2 people that NEED to be able to create and edit Categories or Forums, but I do not want them to have access to the admin area.

Please help.

Am I missing something or doesn't being a Moderator allow this? Don't mark them as admin, just Moderators, and they cannot get into the admin area

Nope, Moderators cannot create Categories or Forums. They can, however, edit the forum for which they are a Moderator. And they can lock it also. But that's it.

Must be that lack of sleep that's screwing with my eyes. The eyes read it as "Categories or Forums" and the mind took it in as Topics.

It's gonna be one of those days!
