I used the above mod in conjunction with my Avatars and next will be Profile images. Works really good but the install can be difficult if you don't understand how to configure your server or explain to your host about the required permissions. BUT, there are plenty of members here that can help you out.
thanks for the point in the right direction, I almost have it installed I think, I am having a problem but I am sure with help from the forum members I will get it sorted out.
