Just a couple of editable radio buttons, that would create a small db of the email addresses applied to the chosen offer(s)

Then veiwable by the admin to create the mailing list.. etc..

there is already a mod that does this and lots more... I can't remember the name of the mod but I have it running under my admin section. It is probably one of the better admin mods. ask around, maybe Richard or HuwR will know what I am talking about and they can find the link for you.
