Yes, just replace all instances of <b>members_profile.asp</b> with <b>pop_profile.asp</b>. That is another thing that changed from v3.0 to v3.1 of the Forum.

Thanks Richard,
Not sure what happened to my last post in here... all it did was quote you... But it seems you still managed to ascertain that I was attempting to say, "I made that change and it didn't seem to work".

AND... [just tested that file]... It works.

Thanks you so much. Greatly appreciated.

Richard, does this quote applies to ver 3.1 final, or do I just need to overwrite the
"privatesend_info" file

Thanks
Wedont

PS: Would'nt it be nice if we included our current version of snitz in our signature?

the privatesend_info.asp file that I posted only fixes the <b>rsName Type Mismatch error</b>. The <b>member_profile.asp</b> references are in <b>pm_view.asp</b>. Also they might be in <b>privateread.asp</b>(but I think I fixed those already, wouldn't hurt to check in there.)

Richard,
I checked pm_view.asp and privateread.asp.
Only in pm_view there are 2 instances of:
member_profile.asp (no "S" at members).
Is this a syntax error and should they be replaced with : pop_profile.asp?

Thanks,
Wedont
1:01 pm: done, thanks Richard

Yes, replace those 2 instances, <b>member_profile.asp</b> is no longer used, it was replaced by <b>pop_profile.asp</b>.

when you would reply to a private message it would give an error. That is fixed with the file I posted above.

Ok, this thread has been going on for a while now so is there an updated version of this that I can safely put into my 3.1 SR2 board? <img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>
