Can someone here who has implememted this mod correctly check this out?

I think I have everything how I want it, but check to see if the active user section is doing what it is supposed to be doing. I can log in/out/in again and then I have 3 people logged on (all me). I've been through nearly every post in this forum, tried lots of different things, just not sure if I have it right.
