well everytime i've signed in as minister and go to te admin options, it goes to another login screen. Then, if i try to log in there it brings me to another login screen and then it just keeps doing that. Am i doing something wrong or are you susposed to change the options somewhere else?

There is one login to access the forum, there is another login to access the admin options. Both are 2 diferent logins.
When logging into the admin options, it will ask you for your admin password and username. That is the same username you used when you logged into the forums. Click Submit button and it will say Login Sucessful(if you entered in the correct username and password). Then it will bring you into the admin options.
If it keeps bringing you back to the login screen, probably means you are entering an incorrect username or password, or something is wrong with your files.
If you want me to check it for you, you could send me your admin username and pass.
