I have a database that will not open giving this error:

The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file 'c:\pub\db\doc-forum.mdb'. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

It works with the included snitz_forums_2000.mdb but I want the config, posts, etc and need to know how to fix this problem, thanks in advance for any help!
