I need to have a forum where everybody can post (even if not registered)
Is it possible with current version? If not, how do i change the program to do that?

No it is not possible in the current version, or in the next.

If you look in the MODS W/Code forum howver, you should find a MOD which will allow this

I don't know of any mod that allows you to do this just yet.

I know I'm releasing a mod for this when the next version comes out.
