That's probably what might have happened.
I have updated the mod recently to deal with that error.
But to fix it, you would have to manually edit the C_BAN_IP database field and delete the last ip address. For example, if you had
127.0.0.1|196.32.6.14|68.145.32.99|168.54.3.134
You would delete the code in red. The ip number along with the seperator bar.
