Our implementation of snitz is a private trading exchange, snitz will give the users a forum for discussing (generally) how to best use the website, difficulties and non-site related chat.

I do not want to give the user the option of displaying his email. I have installed DHT's Hide_Email with limited success, I still have yet to see an email hidden with that option selected.

Is there a simple way to just mask the email address so that it isnt displayed?

If you still see the email visible when you have the option on then you didn't install it correctly.

You can probably try this mod:

It hides the email address from the HTML also.
