In order to save some bandwidth, I need to put all the images files to other host, that is, seperate ASP file with images file into two different host. Any way to do it?

It won't save you any bandwith, actually it'll increase your bandwidth because your forum will have to go off site to get the images everytime a page is loaded. Better to store the images on the same server as your forum.
If you really want to do it, don't create an asp file. Simply store all your images on another server and plug in the address in your forum wherever an image call ocours. If it's the main image for your forum logo, edit the path in your main configuration menu.

Some confuse bandwidth with storage space. Think of bandwith as a freeway. An 8 lane freeway allows more traffic to flow more freely. Your members will be driving on your 8 lane freeway as they view, read and post to your site. The more traffic that's on that freeway, the more the traffic slows. If your forum has to drive on that freeway to get the images everytime someone loads a page, it adds to the traffic flow.
Storage space (server space) is the garage your forum parks in. If the forum never has to leave the garage to get the images, it doesn't add to the traffic on the freeway but it does make the garage more crowded, reducing storage space.
I know this is simplistic but hopefully that explains bandwith. It was very confusing to me in the beginning and this is how I equatted it.

To add, if your server space is running out than yes, move your images out of the garage to one across town. It will slow your forum down a bit but the forum won't run if you don't have space for your members to store their posts.
