I just installed the poll mod and for some reason you can vote on polls without being logged on. Any way to stop this?

That's the whole point of the polls, to allow non-registered users to vote and participate in the forums.

One thing that I noticed in all forums I have seen with the Poll mod (including my own), is that in "active topics" the Poll topic that I just voted in will change the time and date on the last post, to the exact time and date that I voted on (without posting anything), actually like voting is a post.
Does this make any sense?

Yes, it updates the last post date when someone votes. I guess it doesn't make much sense. I would probably put a last voted date field in the database and use that on the active polls page.
But if you want to disable it, I just answered the same question in the "Polls (by slemieux)" topic, or whatever the name of the topic is.

Actually, I don´t mind. That way I can easily see if the poll have been voted on, and keep the polls active, so everybody see it and vote.

I understand that this is a feature of the mod, but what I am asking is in my case how would I turn this off.
