I can only assign the admin as a omderator and noone else. please tell me how to do it

Have you actually got any members on your forum?

When you log in as Admin, under the Moderator options it should give a list of all the members in your forum and then you click on them to assign them as Moderators.

well, there are members, but it just gives the admn under that list

While logged in as admin, you need to edit the profile of the user you wish to be a moderator, you can then assign the user type from the drop down.

Now when you go to assign a moderator, they will appear in the list
