I get the following error message (I believe that I set the email server config correctly)
Any ideas?

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/forum/inc_mail.asp, line 41
Invalid class string

It sounds like the email component you selected in the email configurations is not installed on your server. Go here http://forum.snitz.com/archive/default.asp?catid=11&cattitle=Forum+Setup+Tools and download the Check Email Components tool. Upload it to your forum folder and run it from your browser. It will tell you which component is installed on your server.
