I have had a couple people try to sign up with names with single quostes, and it bombs out... It seems like it is very unhappy with the single quote. Is this a known bug? This is the message I go twhen I tried to create a username "O'Neil"

It's not a bug per se, you just can't use quote or single quotes in usernames.
