Can anyone help me out? pls. I made this form where users can submit news and I was trying to integrate a Quick Formatting Feature like that of the one above for bold italized #.

I copied the javascripting from Snitz and I can't seem to get it to work. My javascripting expertise is equal to squat. :(

Would appreciate any help.
