All,
I know the subject has been covered, but have spent the last hour and a half searching the site, trying to find it out.. anyways..
I am running MySQL on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server System, and have the forum up and running well. After installing the events code, and running the mod_dbsetup.asp file which creates the table, I try to run it. After which I receive the following error..
Error Type: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E09) [TCX][MyODBC]You have an error in your SQL syntax near '5 event_id, start_date, event_title, PRIVATE, M_NAME FROM FORUM_EVENTS Inner JOI' at line 1 /snitz/events_inc.asp, line 336
After reading several messages, it appears that MySQL doesnt like the TOP command.. Does anyone have a fix for this?
Thanks for anyone that can help..
Wayne
