Quick Question. I am runing HuwR's versoin of the forum and was wondering if you can and how to upload pictures? I have been trying to figure it out but am not getting anywhere. I know in the members area you can alow certain users to upload and download so I am assuming you can upload pics. If not, Is there a neat "pic upload" mod available? Thanks!

ok, make a copy of your uploadengine.asp file, and then replace the original with this one
Uploadengine.asp
when someone uploads an image file, it will display the image rather than putting a link to the file.

I get this error when uploading a pic
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0126'
Include file not found
/snofans/Mods/UploadEngine.asp, line 41
The include file 'config.asp' was not found.
I know it is due to this file being in the mods folder. How do I change where it looks for the file. Thanks!

Ok, I got that part to work but now I am getting this error. Right When I select the pic and hit upload, it goes to this screen.
Uploading.... Please wait
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a004c'
Path not found
/snofans/Mods/UploadEngine.asp, line 165
??? I am lost now. Thanks!

you need to create a directory called uploaded, or change this value in uploadengine.asp

Where would I place this directory? In the same folder as the UploadEngine.asp file? Also, since this is a dual interface forum, would it have any effect on where this folder is? Does there need to be two? Thanks!

I made an "uploaded" folder under my "mods" folder
like polarisman/mods/uploaded
then when I tried uploading something I got this error:
Uploading.... Please wait
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0046'
Permission denied

????

the uploaded directory should not be inside the forum directory., not the mods directory
