OK, so I know HTML and VBScript, but I can't get JavaScript for the life of me... this should be easy:

Using the PM addon, and clicking the "memberlist" link, pops up a new window with a list of all the members. Right now, if you click a member, it takes you to their profile page. How about making it so that when you click a member name, it populates the membername field of the PM page? That way if it has a funky spelling, you don't have to remember it while you go back to the pervious page and type it in. It's just there.

Any JSers out there wanna tackle it?

Its already there. The little icon to the right of the names does what you're wanting.

There are actually 2 different memberlists included in the PM MOD. The one that you get when you are on the form to write a message does exactly what you are wanting. It populates the Username field with the username in the popup Memberlist.

The one that shows up when you are at your inbox or outbox just links to the Profile for that user.
