um...cant help u there im afraid. i dont post a lot on these boards, and in the (does mental maths) 2 times i posted, no error has evr occured. hope u find it out!
You probably don't have the correct email component selected in the admin configuration. The error is telling you the email component you do have selected can't be created on the web server, usually 'cause it's not there.
Richard Kinser provided a handy tool to identify which email component is installed on your server. You can get it from the Snitz home page downloads.
