See how the top has a blue and black fading bar where it says 'forum'?

How do you do that?

I seen them on a few different forums but this is the only one that I could remember having it...

You have to create a gif in photoshop or some other graphic program (about 64 x 25 pixels) of the look you want and insert the gif name at certain locations in default.asp.
