I downloaded the latest versiion of "forum" and unzipped it already. Can anybody teach me how to set it up before publish? I tested a few times, But it did not work at all. I unzipped it and put all unzipped file in our folder of my web site, and published it. I just unzipped , copied and pasted, It did not work. Anybody can help me?
First of all read the readme.txt file which is in the .zip file. You will see there, that you need to uncomment two settings (suitable for your case) in config.asp file, do it so and reload it again to the site.
Be sure you have R/W permissions for the database directory.
If any error comes out use the search link above to find a similar reported error. %99.99 of the reported errors are answered in this forum. If this does not help, post here again.
