Hi-

I just set up my forum, and the default password for Admin is 'admin', how do I change it???

Go to the profile link at the top of the page and edit the password to what you want. Make sure you're signed in as Admin to do it.

Log in as admin, click on the profile link in the upper right hand corner. You change it in your profile.
