Is there any way you can set the time to be what the time where you actually live, because I think its in US time at the moment?

Anyway to get it to be Uk time?

If you know how many hours you are behind or ahead of the Greenwich Meridian Time (GMT) then you can select that from the Drop down-list in the "Server Date/Time Configuration" in your admin options.
