There is a n/a member name on our list but does not show up on the member list so I'm not able to delete it. How do I get rid of n/a? I have the bulk post delete Mod so I was able to get rid of 15 posts but the name still shows up on the lists.

A link won't help. It doesn't show up on the regular member list, only the list for allowed/not allowed users and other Admin areas.

Apparently a n/a member is one you've deleted before deleting their posts but of course, there are no posts by "n/a" so that doesn't help.

I just want some way of getting rid of it for good. Do I have to edit the database? Hope not :(

do you know the MEMBER_ID of the n/a member? If so, just copy/paste the link from the members.asp page for one of your other members and substitute the MEMBER_ID of the n/a user.

Sorry Richard, I'm not following you. The n/a member doesn't show up on the members.asp page, only on the delete posts/topics mod page and the allowed user list in a hidden, allowed user forum.

I have an N/A member in mine also and know exactly how it was created.. I deleted someone who had a recent post in my forum's and it also changed the persons name that had posted the post to N/A I guess because that member no longer existed.. I'm just leaving mine.. Not that big a deal to me.
