I just found out that members cannot register which is a recent problem. When they click Register they go to policy.asp where they are to accept AGREE. When they click AGREE they get this error:
Your username and/or password were incorrect.
Please either try again or register for an account.

I thought it might be a cookie issue but new registrars would not have a cookie set yet.
I will be working on this closely but any help would be greatly appreciated. I have many people that want to register.
Oh yeah, one weird anomoly. If I am logged in as myself I can go through the registration process with no problem.
sure have... email password mod, avatar mod and they worked just fine. what's weird is I can register if I am logged in as someone else but now that I think about it I remember editing code for the members.asp to prevent unregistered members from viewing it. I think I might have stuck that code edit in the profile.asp and registration.asp uses that I think...
yup, replaced inc_top.asp (basic version) and it corrected the problem but I haven't done anything recently to this file... although I should be able to fix this quite soon, does anyone have any idea why this would have occurred??
