Currently it reads:
quote: Retrieving your UserName and Password is simple, assuming that email features are turned on for this bulletin board. All of the pages that require you to identify yourself with your UserName and Password carry a "lost Password" link that you can use to have your UserName and Password mailed instantly to your email address of record.
Using the Lost Password Feature only e-mails your password, and you have to know your Username to be able to use the Lost Password Feature. The way it's worded right now, users are lead to believe that all they need to do is enter their e-mail address to get both their Username and Password e-mailed to them.

Thanks Heptite. Just to point a correction or two.
Retrieving your username and password is simple, as long as e-mail features are turned on for this bulletin board forum. All of the pages that require you to be logged on using your username and password have a "Lost Password" link that you can use to have your password sent to you at the e-mail address you entered when joining you registered.
NOTE: The e-mail only sends you your missing password, it does not send the username you used. You will need to know that when attemping to log on.
That should do it.

That last line should be changed from:
at the e-mail address you entered when you registered.
to:
at the e-mail address you are registered under.
The old way does not reflect that a user may change their e-mail address and still be able to use the feature.
Also, on the first line it now reads:
Retrieving your username and password is simple,
while it should read:
Retrieving your password is simple, - *Interested in Radio Control* *The RC Web Board - http://www.rcwebboard.com/*

The e-mail sent really does send your logon name. So this FAQ topic is inaccurate.
Newer:
Retrieving a lost password is simple, as long as e-mail features are turned on for this forum, and you know the username and e-mail address you are registered under.
All of the pages that require you to be logged on using your username and password have a Forgot Your Password? link. When you click the link, a popup window opens, prompting you to enter in your username, and the e-mail address you are registered under. After entering in the information and clicking Submit, the forum will send you an e-mail message addressed to your username with your password in the text of the e-mail message.
You will be able to login using the username and password.
