Does anyone know how to setup dynamic IP Addresses on Win2k? I am trying to get a laptop setup as a mobile "connection-less" computer. I need to be able to browse websites without being bugged by the "Stay Offline or Connect" Promt that comes up everytime I open IE. Is there a program I need or a tutorial somewhere?
