Hi,
Sorry if this topic is in the wrong place...
But a quick question for you guys..?
Is it possible to have the uploaded files into a different server?

yes it is possible. my recommendation is the front end form that you are providing for the upload be on the server you want to upload to in the first place, then it will be real easy..

actually the fso can be extremely dangerous to use. you in fact open a portal for people to write files to your server that can be executed for malicious reasons IF you don't set up proper permissions. DO NOT ALLOW EXECUTE in your upload folder, trust me on this one...

Ok... Dayve,
Thanks a lot for replying...
Anyway... I didn't kinda understand what you mean by the form editing... I would much rather you explain some more to me, please.
I am allowing them to upload .txt,.zip,.gif,.jpg and another format text file..
I am sure those won't be much harmful to the server, anyway... the size can be only 512kb.
So... let me know if I am taking a risk.
Thank again.
