when I try to edit a message which includes quotes text.

For example a message like

test



appears while editing like this

<BLOCKQUOTE id=quote><font size=1 face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" id=quote>alinti:<hr height=1 noshade id=quote>test[/quote]
----

can anyone help me please?

Have you replaced any of your files? specifically inc_functions.asp, post.asp or post_info.asp ?

I changed those two files for mod modifications. But I don't remeber that I changed the parts for quote functions.
