Maybe it is just me but im a bit confuset about what mods that are included in snitz now.

And is there a mod so users can upload files?

The official release of Snitz has no Mods, Mods are created to be add ons to Snitz, you can search through the Mod forum with code here :

Some of the mods get integrated into the Official code. Like for example the Extended Profile and the Extended Editor and HuwR's Database setup file, to name a few.
3 new mods that are going to be in the next release is the Minimize Category Mod, the Subscription mod and the Moderation mod.
