There is a blank entry on the right hand column where I move approved members to. I know there is an entry because I can highlight it. I can't add new members to the permissions for the forum because the blank entry is causing a syntax error:

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Syntax error in INSERT INTO statement.

So basically what I am asking is how to get rid of that ghost entry so I can add member permissions?
Oh and by the way, I tried to use the move arrows to move the ghost entry to the left column to get rid of it but it won't budge )
