I've noticed while reading through the posts that a lot of the time, before being able to answer questions we need to find more information from the poster, how about we have something like this :

as a template for people submitting posts for support?
As being one who tries his ****edest to help out those who are having problems I have found that a lot of them don't know a ****ed thing about ASP or the errors that IE will show you as long as you have them ****ed friendly things turned off.
You should add to your support template, if the error is on the execution of an SQL statement they should copy and paste the whole SQL statement that the execution is failing on.
good idea. People are always having to make lots of post getting more info before being able to solve the problem. Have done it once already today i think.
