I am having problems with the ranking option. When a user goes above the appropriate posts for a certain ranking there ranking does not change. Also stars are not showing at all. This is not just 1 user but all.
I am running Apache for NT 4 ver 1.3.9 with chilli soft ASP module. also running access type database.

Make sure in the admin options you have choosen to show Rankings and Stars, a link to your forums might help as well.

I am having this problem as well, and I DO have it set to show ranks and stars in the ranking configuration panel. Any help appreciated. I did have a problem, I had to comment out rs.cache=20 on a lot of pages due to another problem. could this be related?

ok, I understand now that my stars will not work because my host uses chili. But why would my ranks not go up with numbers? I set it low, and no matter what, everyone gets the starting rank even if they go beyond the reqired numver of posts to go up. any help with this?

I solved my problem i went over to IIS4 and that's that. I don't know enough about how apache and chilisoft work to help you other guys out. All I do know is that I was running apache 1.3.9 and now there is a win32 binary for version 1.3.12 of apache server. This may help.
