Accidentally deleted a forum folder. How do I restore it to the previous state.

I have a previous back-up of the entire site. Which file should i upload to restore the previous forum topics.

hopefully you backed up your snitz_forum_2000.mdb as that's what holds all the topics, settings, members, etc.

If you didn't, you're....well....Up start-from-scratch creek. Sorry.
