How exactly are the colors of the folders suspose to work, when are they suspose to change? Here is an email I got that I'm trying to answer.
"A forum would show a yellow folder (eg.
no new messages) and then when he opened up that discussion forum, there would be some messages showing pink folders (eg. unread messages). Some messages showing pink folders were unread, and some had been previously read. I know that this sounds crazy, but I did see it myself so I do
believe it! I went through all the messages on my machine this morning and they showed the appropriate folder colours, however, someone else in this building has reported having the same problems as David. I have mentioned this problem before, and the solution suggested to me was to log out of the program and log back in; that doesn't make a difference. Is there any way that this could be a result of settings on a machine, or which browser is being used?"
