See the "Free Games" section? The names are scrolling in a little blue window. I would like to do something like that, really small and tiny with scrolling announcements.
Any ideas?

my turn to help you Iron Heart...well at least I hope too.
I am a moderator at a DHTML site that just opened a new site. Anyway, Thomas Brattli is by far the best Cross Browser DHTML web developer on the net and he has scripts like this available at http://www.bratta.com
If you are having ANY difficulty with any of these scripts, let me know or visit the DHTML forums at http://www.dhtmlcentral.com
I am sure we can help you out.
Take a look at this script first:

I haven't found the exact sliding thing I'm looking for, one that slides upwards - pauses - slides again, constantly cycling entries. However, one of those DHTML things got my attention. The SlideBall. I tried to install it, but unfortunatelly I get an error. (object not found), I've copied everything appropriately into my snitz inc_top.asp file. Doesn't work. Would've been a neat addition though.

Iron Heart,
you should also check out www.dynamicdrive.com (if you don't already know the site).

ok, I am usually not deragatory about sites, but Dynamic Drive is just a conglomerate of other talents including Thomas Brattli. If you want a good DHTML site it is most definately http://www.bratta.com, Iron Heart, what kind of problems are you having? I have used Slide Ball before and it does indeed work. I'd be willing to help you in email at your forum or at the forums:
http://www.dhtmlcentral.com where there is extreme talent there. Here are some names to look out for there:
bratta (but of course) DCage IceStorm Dan dayve () Shane Xanth
and others. Any, I mean ANY DHTML question you have can be answered there...
ADMINS: sorry this went off topic...

oh, I think I already know your problem. You are using a DHTML slide menu on your site that I believe has an onload in the script area. when you combine DHTML scripts you cannot have 2 or more onloads in the script itself. They must be initialized in the body tag. For example:
<body onload = "script1();script2()">
I will take a look at it but I gotta tell ya, this script works a lot better if you were to put it in a top frame with the forum in a bottom frame. If you look at Thomas' site you will see that's exactly what he does. Just let me know how I can help..
