It seems like a pretty simple implementation, is there such a thing out there that would refresh the forum listings? If I werent dead to the world of asp, I'd do it myself...
If it's not wanted to be configurable, you can put a refresh meta tag between the <head></head> tags in inc_top.asp. Also have a look in the code in active.asp for a user configurable version.
