No starts are showing up! Where do I need to look to correct this problem? Otherwise, the software works great. Set-up was minimal. Good product.

In the admin section their is a link for Ranking Configuration where you can select to show Rating or Stars or BOTH.

Already done that. Looks to be a problem in the code somewhere.

Any suggestions?

If you are using Linux, the stars won't show.
The problem is known, there is no fix for it yet.

If you are not using Linux, remember that even the admin has to have the minimal amount of posts set in the admin options before the first star displays!
